The hotel offers a rich buffet breakfast with a wide choice of sweet food like: cakes, croissants, biscuits and toasted rusks; various types of bread: white, with seeds, wholemeal and for toasting; "gluten free" and BIO products, cereals, selection of fresh fruit, local cold cuts including: bresaola, ham, Alpine pasture cheeses; yogurt, fruit juice, jam, linseeds, sesame seeds, Chia seeds and goji berries.

There is also a Samovar for a high-quality tea service, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. Coffee served at the table. On request we can prepare pancakes and centrifugal juices.
